This is the first time when I feel sad because my boss is leaving. The news was extremely shocking and unexpected! She was not only the one who interviewed and employed me .. but she was someone who made me believe that working here is fun even when it is about reconciliations and even when it’s about dealing with scary, too complicated, humongous amount of data.

So she was not only the financial manager, but someone who’s fun- and usually you don’t get to see both in one person.

I have never imagined being this sad when a manager leaves. But I am! It’s like a solid base is no longer there.. and I don’t like all the new things that will be planned for the coming months accordingly, precisely after her departure.

yeah.. it is scary! the more I think about it.. the worse I feel. Why does it always have to be like this, great professionals are the ones who normally leave when everyone around is laid back .. not the other way around!

i swear u and i are like the same person but in 2 different cities! lol

my direct boss recently (3 weeks ago) left too, left me with an insanely stiff indirect boss who now became a direct one! i was and still am so sad bout him leaving, he was like ‘dahr’ 3anjad he supported me big time and he was always very understanding and patient, taught me a lot in such a short time, and it feels wierd coming into the office without him being there.. also he was extremely funny yet very good at his job, which is also rare. usually ppl become cocky as they progress in their career! :S

we have the same name after all ;) haha
well yeah.. it really feels sad and bad. Im so not looking forward to go to work tomorrow, and the problem is that now that I’ll be all alone no one would care to teach me.. it’s like everyone else is busy! And I don’t know it feels really strange, especially that she was the one who hired me and was extremely nice from the very beginning.. :$ :( Hope we’ll get used to the new environment.. what can we do except to try to adapt ASAP!
